Returns & Exchanges

At The Tile Shoppe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your renovation; therefore, we accept returns on unused, full-box products within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom orders and samples are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  • 1.
    Verify Eligibility

    Ensure your tiles are in their original packaging, undamaged, and meet the minimum return quantity of one full, unopened box.

  • 2.
    Request Authorization

    Contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the designated warehouse return address.

  • 3.
    Secure Packaging

    Carefully pack your items on a pallet or in reinforced shipping boxes to prevent breakage during transit, as we cannot refund tiles damaged during return shipping.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our warehouse team inspects the returned stock, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
